What does 'second opinion' mean?
I figured I had about a week and a half left or exchanging leftover baht and rupees before I completely ran out of cash, and the only way to get money from my parents was to return to the never-ending circuit of second opinions.** second opinion
is a visit to a physician other than the one a patient has previously been seeing in order to get more information or to hear a different point of view.
